Jon and Pam serve with the Training and Resource department in the US. As missionary coaches, they counsel, mentor, coach, and prepare new missionaries to get to their chosen field of service. They previously served as church-planting missionaries as well as helping with the ministry of FLORECE, Chile's first prenatal and family counseling center in the city of Iquique.
