Tracy serves as the Business Administrator and Assistant Treasurer of Horizon Education Network. Horizon partners with national theological education organizations to equip ministry leaders through online learning and digital resource development in their own language and culture for global service. Tracy came to Horizon with 18 years of experience in business administration, accounting, project management, and software support. Through numerous mission trips, she has acquired a global vision for using her experience and gifts at Horizon. She has been overseeing the management of the Horizon office and has oversight of all financial matters since 2005.
