Todd and Jen help oversee teams in the spiritually dark region of Southeast Asia, helping them to accomplish the tasks of evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development that lead to indigenous church plants. They live with their three young children in Thailand, which they call home and where they have been engaged in church planting ministries alongside Thais for 8 years now. 

Todd also works on creating original Thai resources and is part of team that trains Thai Christians in evangelism and discipleship. They are passionate for Christ to be exalted in these countries through the power of the gospel.

They are currently raising additional support to meet the needs for their new, expanded role of regional director.
