As the Director of Church Planting in North America, Ray Brandon focuses on Saturation Church Planting. He partners with pastors to implement a Multiplication Operating System in their churches, mobilizing all of God’s people for disciple-making. His work with church pastors and elders reduces lostness in local communities by multiplying disciple-makers and restoring churches to the Great Commission mandate, helping existing churches plant new ones.

In addition to leading church-planting initiatives, Ray serves on the ABWE Counseling Advisory Team, where he provides consulting and support to missionaries and church leaders. His expertise empowers them to thrive in ministry and reflects his commitment to advancing gospel saturation across North America. Ray is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC, CSAT) in Michigan.
