Mike and Cristina are missionaries located in Quito, Ecuador. Mike grew up in a pastor's home in Central Pennsylvania, and over the past five years has served in Ecuador in the areas of discipleship and biblical education of pastors and leaders. Cristina is from Quito, Ecuador, and has contributed to women's ministry initiatives, ministry administration, and discipleship of women.

In a country in which 8 out of 10 pastors and ministry leaders do not have any formal biblical and theological training, Mike and Cristina will work towards the establishment of a church-based ministry training institute to promote biblically qualified Ecuadorian leaders serving in church and missionary settings. Mike and Cris long to see Ecuador become a nation filled with biblical churches led by qualified leaders dedicated to the Great Commission.
