Debi and Jono serve together in disciple-making ministry.

Debi equips women to know Scripture and theology deeply so they can effectively teach biblical truth to the women and children in their churches. Her vision flows from the Titus 2 mandate—for older women to train younger women in what is good. She envisions this occurring across churches worldwide: women trained in accurate Bible study and expositional teaching methods.

Alongside Debi's training focus, Jono mobilizes and equips men and women in local churches for effective ministry—both inside the congregation and beyond its walls. This includes taking the gospel to those on the margins of society, such as those in prisons, homeless shelters, nursing homes, and similar settings.

Both Jono and Debi view gospel proclamation and disciple-making in every sphere as integral to their shared mission—both are equipping disciples to make disciples.
