Andy and Jackie have served with ABWE since 2019. Andy serves on ABWE’s senior leadership team as Executive Vice President, providing organizational clarity, accountability, and day-to-day alignment so that ABWE’s systems and structures faithfully serve its mission of multiplying leaders, churches, and missions movements around the world.

Before stepping into this role, Andy directed ABWE’s work in Africa, where he invested in team leaders and missionaries through strategic leadership, relational care, and focused discipleship. His field and professional experience continue to shape the way he supports missionaries and staff globally.

Andy and Jackie live in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, with their five children—Felicity, Deidra, Elizabeth, Stephen, and Wesley. Their family remains committed to strengthening churches and equipping workers who take the gospel to the nations.
