90% of people with an advance biblical degree live in North America, while few pastors overseas have even had the opportunity for biblical training. God has blessed Mike with the opportunity to earn a PhD in Biblical Studies, and Emily has earned a Bachelor's degree in Christian education and a Master's degree focusing upon teaching children with special needs. For them, the decision was clear: to follow God's call by serving in Eastern and Central Europe.

Emily and Mike are working to mentor young men and women to raise up a new generation of leaders to bring the hope of the Gospel to a culture searching for answers. Mike's passion is to mentor young men and to train pastors to teach the Word of God with boldness and confidence. Emily loves to teach children, to disciple young women, and to open their home to share God's love and joy with others.
