A Worthy Cause
Throughout college, I learned, for the first time, about unreached people who have little or no access to the saving knowledge of Jesus, and I became passionate about reaching those people. In 2020, God asked me if the gospel is worth giving my life for. I am convinced it is, and through that conviction, the Lord has burdened me to take the gospel and to make disciples among the unreached, specifically targeting one of the least reached
people groups in the world.
Co-laboring With the Local Church
Among this unreached people group, there are Christians and legal churches, which makes the fact they remain unreached all the more devastating. Ethnic division and severe legal consequences have made Christians too afraid to engage these people with the gospel. My team and I seek to be faithful members of local churches here and encourage them to bravely step into this ministry.
Creative Access and Ministries
It is not legal to proselytize among this unreached people group, and it is very difficult for foreigners to receive secure visas. Being on a student visa has served me well as I learn the local language, and my language tutors have become my main ministry in this season. In the coming years I will, God willing, begin pursuing other creative visa and ministry avenues.
