Doug and Deanna lead a missionary aviation training program called Disciples Worldwide Aviation, which trains pilot mechanics for ABWE Air.  Their vision is to reach the hard-to-reach with the gospel through the power of aviation. 

The 3-year training program prepares students both professionally and spiritually, and includes all flight certifications and experience, Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, theological education, and discipleship training.  All of this is offered tuition-free, enabling students to graduate debt-free and fully equipped for the mission field.
