When crisis strikes, the church must be ready.
War, political instability, economic collapse, and natural disasters can disrupt daily life across the Middle East with little warning. In these moments, believers often face practical needs alongside spiritual pressures. Families may be displaced. Churches may shelter together. Access to food, medicine, and basic supplies can become uncertain.
The Middle East Compassion Fund exists to help meet urgent physical needs while supporting gospel ministry throughout the region.
Gifts to this fund allow ABWE to respond quickly when crises erupt. Resources may be used to provide food, temporary shelter, medical assistance, transportation, and other practical support as needs arise. In some situations, funds also strengthen local churches and gospel workers who are serving their communities during seasons of instability.
Our aim is not only relief, but witness.
Scripture reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46). As followers of Christ, we seek to reflect his compassion and truth in times of fear and uncertainty. When believers care for neighbors in crisis, the gospel is adorned with visible love.
The Middle East Compassion Fund helps ensure that when doors open for service, the church is prepared to act.
Your gift enables a timely response across the region wherever needs emerge. It allows us to move quickly, steward resources wisely, and support brothers and sisters who are standing firm in challenging circumstances.
Thank you for partnering in Christ-centered compassion.
