David is an executive director for EveryEthne, the North American division of ABWE, with over a hundred missionaries in the United States and Canada. EveryEthne’s vision is to see people from every people group in a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Their mission is to mobilize the church to reach every people group in North America through disciple-making that multiplies leaders and churches. EveryEthne's leadership team desires to come alongside pastors and churches to help them fulfill their God-given mission.

David grew up in a Jewish home. The Lord graciously opened David’s eyes to see his need for a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ while attending a Christian school his senior year of high school. David claims Romans 10:13 as his anchor verse for his salvation, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

Glorianne had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home. When she was eight years old, she understood she was a sinner and needed to place her faith in the person and work of Jesus. Glorianne bases her salvation on Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are you saved through faith and that not of yourselves. It is a gift of God, not of works lest anyone should boast.”

The Lord brought David and Glorianne together while they were college students. After serving in pastoral ministry for twenty-four years, the Lord began to open doors in 2019 to join ABWE in vocational missions. They initially joined the Good Soil Evangelism and Discipleship team, leading trainings at the home office and in local churches. In 2025, they joined the EveryEthne team. Our burden is to ignite pastors and churches across North America to fulfill the Great Commission both locally and with a global impact.

How will David and Glorianne accomplish this burden?

• By coaching sending churches. We come alongside sending churches to help them fulfill their God-given responsibilities to their missionaries.
• By onboarding new missionaries. We work with their sending church to help their church members be deployed as missionaries.
• By shepherding existing missionaries. We work with sending churches to assess, develop, and provide ongoing care for their missionaries.
