Carlos, Aliza and their son Carlos Gabriel partner with ABWE and many local churches in Culiacan, Mexico, bringing the Word of God and a message of hope to migrant farm workers.
Culiacan is known as the breadbasket of Mexico and as a result, hundreds of thousands come to work outside of this city every year, earning money to bring back to their villages. God's work in the camps consists of presenting the Good News using audio and visual aids, as well as through preaching and Bible studies. For those who return each season, the team has the privilege of discipling them to grow deeper in their faith.
This is such a strategic ministry because Carlos, Aliza and their local team seek to share with the indigenous groups that are the least reached with the gospel. Their hope is that they would come to Christ and share this transforming message in their towns.
The team's biggest prayer requests are for salvation for the ethnic groups of Mexico, for the gospel to reach their villages, and for growth of so many seeds planted in these migrants' lives.
