Dean seeks to equip national pastors, church planters and ministry leaders serving around the world. He will do this by providing theological and leadership training, providing resources and teaching materials, and establishing ministry partnerships between the North American church and these ministries around the world.

Dean is also working with ABWEGO | Construction in the expansion of the Hopital Baptiste Biblique (HBB) hospital campus in Togo, West Africa.
