Bill and Debbie Tobias served in Papua New Guinea for 35 years. Currently, Bill is a Project Office project manager for projects stateside as well as overseas. He is involved in teaching and preaching; encouragement and discipleship; and recruiting and training volunteers and personnel in construction as well as in their daily living.
