We are engaged with college students and faculty at several Christian universities and colleges for the purpose of encouraging and challenging the students to explore and engage with ABWE missions, primarily in Africa but also all over the world. Opportunities exist for individuals, groups, and University students with requirements to explore opportunities throughout Africa and beyond. We also work with the Africa Teams to help keep costs of such explorative trips to a minimum.
Engaging with college students is both rewarding and challenging as they have such great enthusiasm and abilities to connect with people. Most fields are delighted to have college students serve short-term or on summer ministry trips. These trips allow missionaries to strengthen and expand their existing ministries with the help of these students. Trips also allow students to explore next steps for joining fields where they can contribute with their training and skills.
Churches, schools, and individuals can connect names of individuals or groups with Ron and Ann Washer to receive more information and ways to connect people with ministry opportunities in Africa and around the world. there are so many ways individuals , churches, and schools can connect with opportunities to serve short-term, mid-term or long-term in Africa and beyond.
