Patty and Paul raised three sons in Paraguay and did church planting and leadership development there for 20 years before transferring to Costa Rica, opening that country for ABWE.  They were also involved in Bible Institute training, mentoring pastoral candidates, and overseeing discipleship programs. Although retired, the Colliers continue to serve in church planting and leadership development ministries.
