Mark and Diane served for many years in Latin America where Mark formed a team of missionaries and national pastors to begin an Institute of Church Planters. This institute is now national-led and has trained over 145 church planters and pastors who are active in establishing more than one hundred churches throughout Nicaragua. Mark and Diane were asked to transfer to the Central and Eastern Europe Region to partner with a Greek mission organization, Hellenic Ministries, to follow-up Bible distribution by creating a plan for multiplication church planting in Greek villages. Their work has expanded to greater Europe and the Middle East as church planting coaches, theological educators, and member care counselors for younger missionaries.
