Earl and Marilyn Shaffer have a heart for reaching nations without ever leaving home--and they help others do the same. Their ministry comes alongside local churches to help them connect with and serve immigrant communities right where they live.

They support churches by helping start English as a Second Language ESL or ELL) and U.S. Naturalization programs, developing leaders, and building strong partnerships with language congregations and their pastors.
