Daniel is a national who grew up in the big city of Santiago, where he was saved and began serving the Lord at 9 years old. Emily grew up in a Christian home, is from a small town in PA, and came to know the Lord at age 5. The Lord allowed these two very different worlds to collide in 2013 when Emily was teaching at SCA. After Daniel's graduation from the ABWE seminary, the two were married and returned as short-term missionaries serving again at the school and their local church.

Now, Daniel and Emily, along with their son, Mateo, will return to serve as long-term missionaries in rural southern Chile. Daniel first sensed God's call to this region on a missions trip at age 13. Together, they are passionate about proclaiming the gospel, building relationships, partnering with nationals, and discipling believers. Their desire is to see God at work as lives are transformed and the kingdom advanced through faithful, relational ministry.
