Bobby serves as the Director of Long-Term Mobilization. He oversees the promotion of ABWE’s cross-cultural mission opportunities. His responsibilities include the screening and placement of all individuals who will serve with ABWE in a career and associate capacity. He is also responsible for teaching Biblical principles of world missions and providing mentoring and counseling for missionary candidates.

His support account is setup to provide funds to assist with travel expenses as he visits potential missionaries, their churches, Bible colleges and seminaries with the view to mobilizing people for missions.
