Amoung the Unreached for the Unreached

Wade and Tara along with their 5 children served in South Africa for 12 years.  There they had the privlege to serve in community development, orphan care, foster care, women's health and church planting.  They joyfully planted Anchored Baptist Church during their time there.

They now serve at Radical Training Institute in Western Asia.  Serving as mentors to help develop resilant, well trained global workers to go into the hardest to reach places with the Gospel.  They are also planting a church among the unreached in this region.

It’s estimated that over 3 billion people in the world have little to no access to the gospel—they are unreached. And only about 1% of money given to missions and 3% of global workers are going toward reaching the unreached.  Missionary attrition rates are high and there is a lack of long term investment when it comes to church planting and sustaining those churches in unreached communities.

While churches have the primary role in equipping global workers, many churches are not able to provide certain aspects of the training needed to prepare global workers to serve long-term among the unreached. In addition to spiritual resistance, linguistic and cultural barriers also make the task difficult. Radical Training aims to serve churches by helping them prepare future global workers for this difficult yet glorious task.
