Scott and Nikki Russell are serving as Executive Director for Latin America & the Caribbean. They direct the Regional Directors as they oversee all missionary operations throughout this area of the world. They are focused on serving the Great Commission by training leaders, multiplying churches, and launching mission movements among all people groups.
