The rugged terrain of Papua New Guinea brings isolation to people groups that are in actuality fairly close. Gaining road access to new villages is crucial to the church planting and Bible Club ministry. What a blessing when we gained road access to Kapagu a village ravaged by tribal fighting. As a result we saw peace come to this village.
We are in nine public schools a week for Bible clubs. It is impossible to spend hours walking to each of these clubs, but the Land Cruiser makes it possible despite the mountains and incredible mud during rainy season. Fuel alone costs us a couple hundred dollars each month.
