Everyday, young Nepali girls have their childhoods ripped away and stolen when they are trafficked into foreign lands and are forced into sex slavery. Research shows Nepal is especially lucrative to those trafficking underaged girls for sex work. What can be done to save these girls from the horror of human trafficking? What can be done to prevent them from ever being trafficked in the first place?

The national leaders at the Girls Scholarship Fund believe providing girls with an education is one of the biggest things we can do to prevent girls from being trafficked. 90% of trafficked girls are uneducated. The Girls Scholarship Fund seeks to get girls off the streets and into schools. Since beginning the ministry in 2018, they have seen hundreds of girls go to school every day.

But for the leaders of the Girls Scholarship Fund, it's not enough to see the girls saved from trafficking. They want to see them saved for all eternity.

In addition to helping girls with school, they help them with Bible studies and and trainings telling them the good news that can change their eternities. They also spend time with the girls, letting them know they are loved.
