About the MinistryLolen ministers among the animist and Buddhist communities in the villages of the northernmost part of Thailand, bordering Myanmar, introducing them to the love and redemption of Jesus Christ. He shares the good news of Jesus Christ through culturally relevant outreach, relationship-building, and proclamation of the Word. He believes every tribe and tongue must hear the gospel, and he goes wherever the Spirit leads. Lolen’s ministry focuses on:
Leadership Training and Discipleship: Recognizing the need for sound Biblical teaching Lolen is committed to empowering and equipping church leaders trough regular Bible teaching, theological training, mentorship, and workshops.
Youth Ministry: Young people in this region are largely at-risk groups facing challenges such as drug and substance abuse, exposure to immoral and illegal activities. Through the ministry ministry, Lolen’s team creates a Christ-centered space for youth to grow spiritually while engaging in meaningful fellowship.
Tools for Ministry (TFM) Initiative: Technology is a powerful tool for ministry, especially amongst a people who are mostly illiterate and of oral traditions. Visual aids help communicate the Gospel and Biblical teachings more effectively. Through the TFM initiative, Lolen’s ministry work to equip young leaders with digital skills to help them become more effective in their Gospel outreach and church ministry.
Seeds of Hope – Vocational Training & Empowerment: Poverty remains a major challenge in the communities Lolen serves that often pushes people toward unethical and harmful trades like drug trafficking. Through Seeds of Hope, Lolen’s ministry provides vocational training in baking, honey harvesting, and other self-sustaining skills to empower families and uplift communities. These skills open doors for income generation, dignity, and outreach, especially in underserved communities
Women’s Ministry: Walking alongside women—mothers, leaders, and young women—encouraging them to grow in their faith and fulfill their God-given roles.
Meet the Leader: Lolen
Born to Christian parents, I was raised in a devout environment filled with prayer, Sunday school, and church activities. Yet, it wasn’t until college that I realized I had never personally accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. During seminary, at an evangelistic camp, I was convicted of my sins, repented, and experienced God’s forgiveness. Accepting Christ brought true freedom, transforming my pride, selfishness, and hypocrisy into a life fully devoted to Him.
Today, my walk with God is marked by love, passion, and dependence on His transforming power. I delight in prayer, worship, and Scripture, allowing God’s Word to shape my life and restore my focus on His heart rather than human approval. The grace of God has humbled me, teaching me to deny self, carry my cross daily, and imitate Christ’s servant-like attitude.
Through continual prayer, study of His Word, and a deeper personal relationship with God, I am being conformed to the image of Christ. His unconditional love, mercy, and guidance have renewed me, strengthened me, and brought me into a life fully surrendered to His will.
