God is using single women in amazing ways on the mission field! There are currently over 120 single women serving as missionaries with ABWE. Flourish exists to support, encourage, and strengthen these women. The goal of this ministry is to come alongside the single women of ABWE to cultivate relationships that make them feel empowered, heard, and valued while faithfully serving the Lord worldwide.

 

 

Although Mandi started Flourish while serving with ABWE Canada, as the ministry continued to grow and more opportunities arose (both in North America and internationally), God made it clear that having a home base in the U.S. would be more practical for many reasons. So, in May 2025, she moved back to Traverse City, Michigan, where she lived before God called her to serve in Montreal over nine years ago. Not only did this move bring Mandi back into a rich community of friends and a supportive church family, but Traverse City is also an ideal place for another reason she is very excited about: she is looking for a home with several extra bedrooms that can be used to host the Flourish women for much-needed getaways. Whether they’re home on furlough, serving full-time in the U.S., or raising support, she is excited to use her home as a tangible way to pour into these women who are faithfully serving the Lord around the world.
