His main task as a pastor of the church is to lead the church, feed it spiritually, and watch over the flock.

One of his priorities is to train leaders and, throughout the year, he has regular meetings with the brothers who are part of the church leadership team, gathering for communication, discussion of urgent issues, planning, and joint prayer. Dima also leads two discipleship groups which gather regularly to study the word, pray, and be accountable to one another. Along with several other brothers in the church, he is responsible for preparing Sunday sermons and planning Sunday meetings.

 

Dima also oversees the youth meetings in his church, joined by a team of students from the Word of Life mission in Ukraine.

 

Dima is married to Svetlana, and they have four children.
