Four episodes. One hundred years of gospel work—captured for the next generation.

In 2027, ABWE turns 100. We’re producing a four-part documentary (about 15-20 minutes each) that traces our story from the founding in the Philippines through Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe, and into the present. The film will feature firsthand voices—missionaries, national partners, and sending churches—and a present-day candidate preparing to go, so viewers can see how the work continues.

Your gift helps us film on location (Philippines, Peru, Bangladesh, Hungary, Togo, and more), preserve archival footage, and complete editing, sound, and translation. The series will anchor our centennial events, equip churches for missions Sundays and small groups, and support recruiting and training for years to come.

How your gift helps

• $150 – can cover a full day of meals for the five-person crew while filming overseas.
• $425 – can pay for local transportation and baggage fees for one field shoot.
• $1,075 – can fund meals for the entire crew during a five-day international shoot.
• $2,500 – can pay for professional writing and story development for one episode.
• $4,500 – can fund a production assistant’s role for the duration of filming.
• $5,600 – can cover the purchase or maintenance of a complete camera kit for field work.
• $9,775 – can fund one entire field shoot, such as capturing stories in Hungary or Togo.
• $10,000 – can pay for editing and finishing of one 25-minute episode.
• $15,000 – can fund all motion graphics, color correction, and sound design for the series.
• $25,000 – can underwrite the full post-production phase, turning raw footage into completed films ready for release.

Why it matters

Many early voices are aging. Capturing their testimonies now preserves ABWE’s history and equips churches with accurate, usable media. The film also serves Missionary Orientation, student mobilization, and global partners who want to share what God has done in their context.
