Christmas is the best time to reflect on the fact that we serve a missional God. This Christmas, your gift has the power to penetrate a dark world with the gospel.  

One third of humanity remains isolated from the life-changing message of Jesus Christ, dwelling in profound spiritual darkness. We take great solace in the fact that while the world may seem dark, confusing, and lost, we serve a God that entered into the world because of his great love for his people. The need is vast, but together, we can illuminate the farthest corners of the globe with the hope and forgiveness found in the gospel.  

More than 40% of the world’s population is considered unreached with the gospel, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Your generous gift will not only enable us to continue holding the rope for 1,000 faithful ABWE workers worldwide—it will also help us completely mobilize and onboard 14 new missionaries this year over and above our existing goal. Statistically, on average, that many missionaries faithfully serving the Lord could witness as many as 40 baptisms in a standard four-year term overseas through their combined efforts.
